The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawks football team beat Wartburg, 37-33, Dec. 5 thanks to 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. In that game wide receiver Jake Kumerow (above) caught six passes for 146 yards, including a touchdown. On Dec. 13, the Warhawks defeated Linfield 20-14 and are set to travel to Salem, Virginia Friday, Dec. 19 for the Division III Stagg Bowl XLII championship game against Mount Union.
