The Whitewater High School girls’ swim team, following a trip to state competition for some members, finished the season with an awards banquet.
The following awards were presented:
Sara Foucault – Captain, SLC 2nd team All Conference, Most Valuable Swimmer, Record Holder 7 events, Top 10 in 8 events, State Qualifier, Captain next year
Michelle Gantz – Captain next year
Sydney Hackney – SLC Honorable Mention All Conference, Top 10 in 1 event, Captain next year
Callie Hebert, Captain, SLC 1st team All Conference, Most Dedicated Swimmer, Record Holder 4 events, Top 10 in 8 events, State Qualifier
Kara Ketterhagen – Captain
Debra Krebs – SLC 2nd team All Conference, State Qualifier
Ireland Marinaro – Most Improved Swimmer
Selena Mendoza – Big Splash Dedication Award
Abby Ramirez – Big Splash Motivation Award
Yvanna Strait – Big Splash Inspiration Award
Anna Yeazel – Top 10 in one event, SLC 2nd team All Conference
Kassie Yeazel – SLC 2nd team All Conference, Captain, Top 10 in eight events, Record Holder in four events, State Qualifier
Sydney Zimdars – SLC 2nd team All Conference, Top 10 in five events, Record Holder in one event, State Qualifier, Captain next year.
