Seven different players scored goals Monday night as the Big Foot-Williams Bay girls soccer team rolled to a 10-0 RVC win over visiting Clinton.

The victory improved the Chiefs to 4-2 overall.

Morgan Courier, Rachel Heidenreich, Morgan Grunow and Sara Canache each had two goals to lead the way, while Taylor Romani and Mallory Beyers each had one.

Collecting assists were Penny Brooks with two, and Maureen Hammett and Jayla Lopez each with one. Enna Peterson had 10 saves for the Chiefs.

Two goals by Grunow, one in each half, weren’t quite enough to help the Chiefs Saturday, as host Badger pulled out a 3-2 non-conference win.

Morgan Courier had an assist on each goal for Big Foot, while Peterson finished with seven saves.

In the week’s first match, April 16 at Evansville, the Chiefs found themselves deadlocked at 1-1 at halftime before they took control in the final 45 minutes.

Heidenreich connected on a goal off an assist by Morgan Courier at the 49:44 mark to break the deadlock, and then that same pair hooked up four minutes later to put the game away.

Big Foot held a 1-0 lead on a goal by Morgan Courier off an assist by sister, Payton, at the 32:03 mark. Evansville tied the score a little more than a minute later.

Peterson had 13 saves in the goal for Big Foot.

The Chiefs are idle the rest of this week and return to action Monday and Tuesday, April 27 and 28, against visiting Edgerton and Monroe. The contest with Edgerton begins at 4:45 p.m., while the matchup with Monroe starts at 6:45.
