Willard “Bill” J. Bultman, 79, of Delavan/Elkhorn passed away March 4, 2024, at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 8 at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.

I receive an email from Bill’s daughter on Bill passing. I have not been in the Delavan area in two an half years or to the states. I meet Bill while we played golf in the Walworth Golf Club back in 2004. We became good freind. We golf all the time in the club and both of us enjoy our time. He talk about his family and I know maybe as much about them but I never meet any. I know he had two daughters and one son. The summer time was golf and when winter came we would all go to a restaurant in Delavan an have breaskfast.
I left the Delavan because my wife want to go back to her country. So I followed.
Bill was truly a super person to me and my wife. We well sorryly miss him
Some how I lost my phone it got stolen so I lost all email address. So I have not had contact with the Delavan area.
