Trinity Paige Nickels, 17, of Delavan, passed away on Aug. 17, 2021, at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 23, at First United Methodist Church in Whitewater. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the church.
Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
