Diana Lynn Carpenter, 58, of Delavan, died at Holton Manor Nursing Home in Elkhorn on Oct. 23, 2018, after a short illness.
Memorial service is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Harvest Pointe Church. Friends may visit with family from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Betzer Funeral Home is assisting the family.
