JUDITH KELL MANN

Judith Kell Mann, 80, of Elkhorn, died Sept. 22, 2018, at Holton Manor Nursing Home Elkhorn.

Judith was born Aug. 31, 1938, in Michigan, to the late John and Barbara (Bonet) Rogers. She was united in marriage to David Rowe Mann on Sept. 30, 1989, in East Troy. Judith worked as clinical social worker with Walworth County Health and Human Services for more than 30 years. Judith and David owned and operated Southern Lakes Mental Health Services of Williams Bay, from 1999 until 2006 when they retired. Judith was an avid reader and member of St. John’s in the Wilderness Episcopal Church of Elkhorn, and the National Association of Clinical Social Workers.

Judith was a loving and devoted wife who will be greatly missed by her husband of 29 years, David; her brothers and sisters, Rafe (Marjorie) Kell Davis of Williamston, Mich., Kevin (Victoria) Kell of Lansing, Mich., Laurie Kell of Racine, and Meredith Dupuis of Mich.; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Kathleen Rios, Ann and Lee Mann, and by a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Robert Rogers.

Celebration of life will be held 2 p.m., Oct. 10 at St. John’s in The Wilderness Episcopal Church, 13 S. Church St., Elkhorn, with the Rev. Stephen Capitelli officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 1 p.m. until time of service. A later service will be at Unitarian-Universalist Church of the Lakes.
