CAROLYN H. KILIAN

Carolyn Kilian photo      Carolyn H. Kilian, 84, resident of Main St. in Eagle, (the former Eagle Hospital) passed away June 7, 2016.

She was born May 12, 1932, in Loganville, the daughter of the late Roman and Caroline (Dischler) Heiser. She graduated from St. Luke’s High School in Plain. She married Elmer “Red” Kilian May 10, 1958, and worked as a bookkeeper for many years at F.W. Woolworth Co. She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Eagle and a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Plain.

She was the beloved wife of Elmer for 58 years; dear mother of: Cynthia (Tom) Harkness of Woodstock, Ill., Diane Kilian of East Troy and And Mary (Evan) Nieder of Murrieta, Calif.; grandmother of Dennis Erickson of Whitewater, Angela (Caleb Brown) Erickson of Arlington, Va. and Darby Nieder of Murrieta, Calif.; great-grandmother of Angel Erickson of Waukesha; sister of Valeria Griffith of Baraboo, Leroy (Michelle) Heiser of Loganville, Marvin (Judith) Heiser of Madison and Melvin Heiser of Madison; sister-in-law to Florence and Ann Heiser. She was loved and will be remembered by many other relatives and dear friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her son, Brian; sister, Margaret; and brothers, Bernard, Clarence, Roman, Viator, Victor and Kenneth Heiser.

The visitation for Carol will be Sunday, June 19, from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Catholic Church 136 W. Waukesha Rd. Eagle. Private burial will be June 20 at St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery in Plain, WI.
