CHARLES M. BIGELOW

z4%277%2716 WW OBIT Chuck Bigelow      Charles (Chuck) M. Bigelow died March 13, 2016, at the age of 68.

A visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 16, at the United Methodist Church in Whitewater.

Chuck chose not to have a funeral, instead a celebration of his life. He wishes for favorite memories to be shared at this time.

Chuck was born Whitewater. He hauled milk, was a truck driver, farmer, racecar driver and retired from Citrus Country Schools as a yard/maintenance man in Hernando, Florida. Chuck was a well-loved man who never had trouble making friends everywhere he went. He always had a story to tell.

His passion was racing and even at a very young age he drew pictures of racetracks. Whether it be driving a race car, selling parts, watching it on television or being at the track (in the pits of course), he loved every minute. He followed his brother Tom throughout his racing career and was always so proud.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Bigelow Sr. and Catherine Bigelow; sisters, June Petitt and Bonnie (Bernie) Siegmann; and a brother, Clarence Jr.

He is survived by one brother, Tom (Judi) Bigelow; and four sisters, Carol (Tom)

Jordens, Susan (Lawrence) Storck, Donna Lewis and Ellie (Rick) Hartmann; and sister in-law Nancy Bigelow. He has three children, Bob Bigelow, Brenda Brown and Dawn Wojtyla (step-daughter). Chuck has eight grandchildren, Nick Osgood, Danielle Brown, Josh Brown, Nate Lathrop, Robby Lathrop, Andrew Lathrop, Thomas Davidson and Krystal Davidson. He also had five great-grandchildren.

Chuck was loved by many and will be missed by all.
