Willard “Will,” “Deuce” Klatt, 80, of East Troy, died at home Oct. 25, 2015.

Beloved husband of 55 years to Iris (nee Loomis). Beloved cat Mittens. Dear dad of Karleen (Mark) Rogers, Christopher (Kristin), Lisa (Gary Neumann) Baldwin and Jennifer Mack. Proud grandpa of Megan and Jared Rogers, Emily and John Klatt, Lyndley (Colin) Kent, Joshua and Genevieve Baldwin, Jacob, Caitlin, Nathan and McKenna Mack. Cherished great grandpa of Gabrielle, Hannah, Ethan and Mariah. He is survived by his big brother Eugene “Ace” (Virginia) Klatt. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Will’s family asks that you join with them to gather to reminisce about his life and watch the Badger game from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Morningstar Golfers Club, S77 W26285 Prairieside Dr., Waukesha, Wisconsin 53189.

Born and raised October 22, 1935 in Austin, Minn., Will, a graduate of St. Augustine High School 1954 went on to college to earn his Masters in teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

After college he began his teaching career for 20 years mainly which he spent in Berlin, Wis. During this time in both Berlin and Westfield, as head football coach, he led the Westfield team to an undefeated year where the opponents never scored. In Berlin he saw two championships. After retirement from teaching he owned a business in industrial sales.

An avid golfer, Will spent time as the golf pro at Mascoutin Golf Club in Berlin.

He was preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Irene and stepmother Hila.

Max A. Sass & Sons, Greenfield, is assisting the family.
