Bobby E. Dobbs, 77, of Elkhorn, died on Feb. 20, 2014, with his loving wife by his side at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born May 23, 1936, in Richland Center, to Darrol and Evelyn (Turnipseed) Dobbs. He was united in marriage to June Harris on Feb. 25, 1966 in Richland Center.
He was a self-employed contractor in the Delavan and Elkhorn area for many years until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife, June, of Elkhorn; and three sisters, Darlene (Floyd) Rozell, of Janesville, Betty (Jim) Hollaway, of Janesville, and Elaine (Robert) Schultz, of Delavan. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Honoring Bobby’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
