Carol E. Los, 65, of Delavan, died Jan. 21, 2014, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. She was born April 19, 1948, in Saginaw, Mich., to Gottfred and Lucille (Reetz) Schneider.
She married Melvin Los on July 18, 1970, in Elkhorn. She was the owner and operator of Carol’s Barber Shop in Delavan.
She is survived by her loving husband, Melvin; three daughters, Lisa (Jerry) Gifford, Rachel (Jason) Crull, and Leah (Robert) Kraayuanger; one son, Jacob Los; 12 grandchildren; three sisters, Lois Uhr, Phyllis Edmonds and Sherrie Hendrickson; and one brother, Robert Schneider.
She is predeced in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 27 at Christian Reformed Church in Delavan with the Rev. Dan Roeda officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Jan. 26 at Monroe Funeral Home. Interment will follow funeral services at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan.
