Lauren Kevin Husten, 64, of Delavan, died Jan. 15, 2014, at Allay Home and Hospice of Milwaukee.
Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 21 at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Delavan.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church.
Monroe Funeral Home, in Delavan, is assisting the family.
