Marilyn A. M. Alfredson, 85, of Walworth, formerly of Williams Bay, died March 14, 2013 at Golden Years Health Care Center in Walworth. She was born Feb. 24, 1928 in Williams Bay to the late Helmer and Alpha (Larson) Johnson. She was secretary for the Baptist General Conference for many years.
She is survived by her four children Kathleen (Donald) Leith of Tennessee, Alan (Patricia) of Lincoln Wood, Ill., Diane Wright of Delavan and Brian; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Glenn (Irene) Johnson of Arizona and one sister, Vivian Ruby, of Kenosha.
Funeral services for Marilyn were held March 18, at Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay. The Rev. Melvin Olberg officiated. Burial will followed at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy the family suggests memorials to Calvary Community Church. Toynton Walworth Funeral Home assisted the family.
