SALLY ANN MASSMAN

Sally Ann (Jensen) Massman, Eagle, 65, died Dec. 21, 2012, in Belvidere, Ill. She was born in Wisconsin on Aug. 6, 1947, to the late James and Bodil (Qvistorf) Jensen. She received her master’s degrees in engineering and architecture. She committed herself to a life of learning, bettering the environment, and exploring her Danish heritage. She enjoyed kayaking, hiking, and being out of doors. She was a member of the United Unitarian and Universalist Church in Mukwonago and later at the Lake Country Unitarian Universalist Church in Waukesha.

Survivors include her children, Steven (Deborah) Massman, Shannon Massman and Jason Massman; grandchildren, Trevor, Aiden, Brandon; sister, Greta Anderson; other relatives and friends.

She was further preceded in death by an infant son, Curtis.

Visitation is Saturday, Jan. 5, from 1 p.m., until time of services at 2 p.m., at Sturino Funeral Home, 3014 Northwestern Ave., Racine. She will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery in a private ceremony.
