Chamber of Commerce’s annual guided event set for Oct. 8
The Whitewater Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 3rd annual Spirit Tour from 5 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 8. Tickets are now on sale but there are limited spaces available.
The $35 per person price includes appetizers and drinks at The Fuzzy Pig. To purchase tickets call the Discover Whitewater office at (262) 473-4005. Credit cards are accepted.
The bus will leave from The Fuzzy Pig and will return for an “after-party” with ghost stories and drinks specials. If you’re looking for a thrilling end to the evening, The Fuzzy Pig will be offering discounts to Spirit Tour guests for their themed haunts.
The spirit tour is a guided bus tour around Whitewater where attendees will learn about the unnatural history of the city’s past including the Poison Widow and the Spiritualism school that once towered over the community.
It will immerse guests in the history of the town on visits to iconic locations such as the haunted witch’s tower and the crypt of Mary Worth.
Space is limited for the Spirit Tour so those interested in attending are asked to call the Downtown Whitewater office as soon as possible.
