Beat the blues from the long winter season by taking in a performance of the Whitewater High School Players’ “Almost Maine” including cast members Connor Dalzin, left, and Erin McManaway. The contemporary romantic comedy is slated 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, Feb. 27-March 1 in the WHS auditorium. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and students and are on sale now at the WHS Box Office. Call (262) 472-8178 to make a reservation. As a special treat, on Friday, Feb. 28, the WHS band will host, and provide entertainment during, a spaghetti dinner, 5-7 p.m. There will be no charge for the dinner but a freewill offering will support WHS bands for a trip to New Orleans in March.
