Fourth annual Ghouls Night Out set Oct. 25

The Whitewater Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its fourth annual Ghouls Night Out from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25, in Whitewater’s west side business district.

Businesses such as Culver’s, Walgreens and everything in between will be hosting activities, contests, entertainment and trick-or-treating for people of all ages.

Magician Jason Love will perform at Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches throughout the event.  Jason has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

Across the street, visitors can journey into a 13-foot tall inflatable clown head filled with prizes such as Chamber Cheques and Halloween wishes at BicycleWise.  Zombie Elvis’ from the Whitewater Drama Club will be performing sneak peaks of the high school’s upcoming performances of “All Shook Up.”

Activities include mummy wraps at Maurices, a costume contest at Culver’s, pumpkin bowling at Robins Nest Salon IV and a scarecrow stuffing contest with the Whitewater 4-H. Decorate cupcakes and cookies at Mulberry Glen and create caramel apples at Daniel’s Sentry. Visit the Spine Chilling Scavenger Hunt at LSM Chiropractic.

Bring a non-perishable food item to Walgreens and get a free photo taken.  The Whitewater Fire Department will be giving close-up fire truck tours and handing out candy at Qdoba.

Attendees are invited to show off their costumes during the Grand Finale Costume Parade starting at 6:30 p.m. Participants should meet at Bicyclewise and march to Culver’s for more fun to end the night.
