Woman struck by vehicle on Graydon Avenue last night

A 51-year-old woman was injured Oct. 7 when she was struck by a car crossing Graydon Avenue near East Troy High School.

Village Police Chief Alan Boyes said she was transported to the hospital for treatment and released.

The call came in at about 6:50 p.m. last night, according to the police report. The woman was crossing Graydon Avenue near or at Lilly Street when she was hit.

“The driver said he didn’t see her,” Boyes said.

The Police Department is investigating the matter.
