Linda Kay Gouker, 67, of New Lisbon, died Sept. 28, 2015, from complications related to lung cancer.
Linda was born Oct. 6, 1947, in Wisconsin Rapids, to Emil and Lorraine Joseph.
Linda will be remembered for her strong faith, love of music, playing of the piano and organ, watching tennis matches, and love of Barry Manilow songs as well as baking with her grandchildren. She most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren and supporting them at their sporting and musical events.
She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. She was an active member of the Mauston United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.
She is survived by her son, James H. Gouker, II (wife Angela); grandchildren, Timothy (TJ) Gouker, Katrina Gouker and Krystal Hermosillo; as well as her sister, Laura Cook (husband Bill).
Memorial services will take place at 11 a.m., Oct. 17, at Mauston United Methodist Church. The Rev. Wendell Williams will officiate. Visitation will take place at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
