KJ Evans, leader scorer during the final home game Feb. 28 against UW-LaCrosse, and the rest of the Warhawks are ready to take on Northwestern (MN) at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 7 in the Kachel Gymnasium at UW-Whitewater. The team earned the right to host the first two rounds of the NCAA Division III tournament with the first game Friday night, featuring St. Thomas (MN) playing Augustana (IL), set to tipoff at 5:30 p.m. The winners of Friday’s games will face off at 7 p.m., Saturday, March 8 for the right to advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
