With a little more than three minutes left in the first half Dec. 28, the Big Foot boys basketball team was well within range of visiting Elkhorn.
From there, however, the Elks took control.
Elkhorn went on a 12-4 run in the final 3:30 to turn a 28-22 lead into a commanding 40-26 advantage and cruised from there in an 85-52 non-conference victory.
