The holiday week has been quiet for the three varsity teams at Big Foot High School, as each were idle heading into a full slate of action in the upcoming days.
Both the varsity boys and girls basketball teams and the wrestling squad were in holiday tournaments starting Tuesday.
The Big Foot girls didn’t have to travel far, as they headed to Badger Tuesday and Wednesday for the annual four-team event. Action had been scheduled to begin Monday, but was postponed because of inclement weather.
Heading into the first game at Badger against Slinger, the Big Foot girls were 5-3 overall and 4-2 in the Rock Valley Conference, good for second behind 6-0 Brodhead.

Wrestlers at Mid-States
