The East Troy High School boys tennis team loaded the doubles for the conference meet and won two out of the three flights and finished second in the other, scoring 16 points at the conference meet to finish fourth.
Matt Miller and Bailey Woodson defeated the defending sectional champions Adam Cook and Sam Divita from McFarland in a thrilling match 3-6, 6-4, 11-9 to win the No. 1 doubles flight and remain undefeated on the year with a 7-0 record.
Paul D’Amico and Aaron Kullinger won the No. 2 doubles flight in commanding fashion with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Edgerton’s Michael Tate and Ben Guptill.
Freshman Vince Baxter and Brody Woodson finished second at the No. 3 doubles flight with 2-6, 2-6 lost to McFarland.
