“She is playing really well right now heading into the conference season,” Lindow said.

“(Stephan) has done a great job moving up from No. 4 singles last season,” Lindow said. “(Barth) has played very consistent lately using her offense as a weapon.

“(Lamping is) another one of our singles players who has continued getting better and more consistent.”

Winning doubles matches against Lake Mills were Lindow-Rice at No. 1, 6-2, 6-0; the Pott sisters at No. 2, 6-1, 6-1; and Griffa-Slusar at No. 3, 6-1, 6-0.

“These two have done an outstanding job playing together where the team needs them,” Lindow said. “Their doubles play is getting better, and they are starting to gel together. I’m looking for good things from this sophomore duo.”
