As someone who has been involved in Walworth County politics for a number of years, I wanted to express my enthusiasm and support for the re-election of Amy Loudenbeck to the Wisconsin State Assembly.
Even when she only had Richmond Township in Walworth County in her district, she reached out to Walworth County and got involved. With much more area in Walworth County included in the new 31st Assembly District, I have no doubt that Amy will be a great advocate and resource for our district and our future.
Amy stood with Gov. Walker, while communicating with local units of government and constituents in her district to answer questions.
I recall a complete list of “Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the Budget Repair Bill” that she submitted to the media. That comprehensive document received statewide and even some national attention because it was so thorough.
For a freshman legislator to show such leadership in demonstrating an understanding for complex issues and sharing information with constituents is very refreshing.
I know Amy will continue to treat her constituents in both Rock and Walworth Counties with respect, and will provide us with excellent representation and positive results.
