Richard “Dick” G. Frank, 81, of Delavan, passed away March 8, 2024, at home in Delavan.
He was born in Janesville on March 12, 1942. Dick was united in marriage to Jean Schoppe on Jan. 8, 1966.
He started working at Hart Mobil in downtown Delavan, which then became Kempken Mobil. Dick then went to work in sales at Jack Fagan Ford. He continued to work for various owners at the dealership, eventually retiring from Kunes Country Ford.
Dick loved cars and Harley Davidson motorcycles and enjoyed every one that he owned. He attended 13 NHRA national racing events and also owned several high-performance cars.
Dick is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jean; a daughter, Stephanie (Matt) Freitag; grandchildren, Madeleine, Luke, and Joshua; a brother, Mike Frank; and a sister, Paula Sanborn.
No services have been planned. Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
