Patrick Michael Phillips, 60, died peacefully on Aug. 7, 2022, at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the church.
Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
