Michelle A. Chart, 52, of Delavan died on Feb. 9, 2022, at home.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
