Douglas G. Bixby, 78, of Delavan and formerly Black River Falls, passed away Nov. 27, 2021, at Mercy Javon Bea Hospital in Rockford, Ill., following complications from heart surgery.
A memorial gathering was held Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Betzer Chapel of Delavan. Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes, Betzer Chapel of Delavan is serving the family.
