Milton “Milty” Carl Hesse, 75, of East Troy, passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Sept. 26, 2021. Devoted husband of Jeanne (nee Tietgen). Loving father to Lisa Bice, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. The family offers a special thank you to East Troy Manor for their care and support.
