Jose T. Herrera, 74, of Delavan, passed away to eternal life surrounded by his family on July 16, 2021, at the Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa.
He is survived by his wife and children.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Lazarczyk Family Funeral Home, at 118 S. 2nd St., Delavan, and a Mass of Christian burial will be held at the St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 714 E Walworth Ave., Delavan, on Saturday, July 24 at 9 a.m. Attendees are asked to meet directly at church for Mass.
A second visitation will follow Mass at the Funeral Home, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Burial will take place at the St. Andrew’s Catholic Cemetery following the second visitation.
