Steven James Phillips, 66, of Clinton, passed away peacefully the morning of March 12, 2021, with his family by his side.
Services will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, at Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
