Frances J. Harding 88, of Williams Bay, passed away on Dec. 13, 2019 at the Atrium in Williams Bay.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 416 W. Geneva St., Delavan, from 10 to 11 a.m. with a service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Rickman presiding.
Burial will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Geneva. Betzer Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services is serving the family.
