Charles F. Madden, 70, of Elkhorn, died unexpectedly Aug. 6, 2017, at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, Elkhorn. He was born April 1, 1947, in Elkhorn, to the late John R. and Esther C. (Kolodzik) Madden.
He graduated from East Troy High School with the Class of 1965. He worked as a freelance designer and architect for more than 45 years.
Survivors include his sister, Nancy (Gregory) Walczyk, Elkhorn; his brother, Peter (Ruth), Sheboygan; nieces, Caitlin (Clayton Fitzgerald) and Claire; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
