Juanita C. Gallagher, 94, of Delavan, died Feb. 14, 2017, at Vintage on the Ponds in Delavan.
She was born in Dubuque, Iowa, May 21, 1922, to George and Elizabeth (Kirkpatrick) Marinoff. She married Harold Gallagher on Oct. 24, 1947. Harold died May 1, 1974. She was a member of the Sunshine Club in Sharon and Homemaker’s Club in the Burlington area.
She is survived by three children, Sharon (Charles) Bates, of Elkhorn, George (Gail) Gallagher, of Delavan, and Penny Zoellner, of Clinton; grandchildren Russ (Deanna) Bates, Kelly Gallagher, Mike (Gina) Bates, Audra (Paul) Krummel, Eric (Stacy) Gallagher, Travis Ross, Kip (Jessica Barkas) Ross, Lori Palmer and David Zoellner; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; a brother, Ray Marinoff; stepsister, Irene; and son-in-law, Ron.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave. in Delavan. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Sharon.
