Eduard Blechner, 79, of Elkhorn, died unexpectedly at his home Oct. 25, 2016.
He was born Oct. 17, 1937, in Ruda, Romania. He married Katharina, a dressmaker from Austria, in 1960, and they had three children.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Elkhorn with the Rev. Oriole Regales officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 8 a.m. to the time of service.
