Brian C. Murphy, 55, of Delavan, died Aug. 30, 2016, at The Willows Nursing and Rehab Center in Sun Prairie.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. James Cemetery in Vermont Township.

Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
