Barbara Schulz Knack (nee Groth), 68, passed away Oct. 28, 2015.
She was born in Maywood, Ill., June 30, 1947, to Ollie and Francis (Frantz) Groth. She was a longtime member at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary Post No. 15051.
Dear mother of Kristi (Kenneth) Remer, Shannon (Richard) Blay, Kathi (Ben) Bolton and Steven Knack; stepmother to Kari (Al) Schmuck and Kelly Harrington; fond sister of Sue Jacoby, Jim (Nancy) Schulz, JoAnne Wilson and Penny (Robert) Latham; and loving grandmother to eight grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Judy Hoefert; and brothers-in-law Dean Jacoby and Tom Wilson.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave., Delavan. Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at East Delavan Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with School.
