Duane R. Leseberg, 71, of Walworth, died Oct. 7, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.
He was born Sept. 17, 1944, in Palatine, Ill., to Raymond John and Evelyn Caroline (Hecht) Leseberg.
He moved to Walworth in 1960, from Barrington, Ill. He graduated from Big Foot High School in 1962. He then began his life as a farmer by milking dairy cattle, starting with a herd his parents bought. As the years went on, he continued to live the farm life. His later years were filled with cattle, crops and those he called family.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Leseberg, many nieces, nephews and cousins and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond.
A memorial service will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Toynton’s Walworth Funeral Home, 328 Kenosha St., Walworth.
