Beverly J. Burki, of East Troy, died unexpectedly on Sept. 19, 2015. She was born on Jan. 6, 1951, to Clifton and Thelma (Hankins) Fry in Reedsburg.
She attended Mukwonago High School.
Beverly was married to William E. Burki for 34 years. She and her husband enjoyed being den and troop leaders for the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. She also enjoyed bowling at Jay’s Lane on Friday nights.
She was employed at the Mukwonago Walmart for 25 years.
Survivors include her husband; mother: Thelma (Hankins-Fry) Stickles, Waukesha; children, Karen (Vito) Erickson-Marconi, Mukwonago, Jim (Beth) Erickson, Aldie, Va., Janet Herrick (Erickson), Minocqua, Cindy, Huston, Texas, Bill (Pam), East Troy, Niki Mullikin, East Troy; sisters, Nancy (Tom) Nachreiner, Mukwonago, Darlene (Hap) Wilson, Waukesha; brother, Robert Fry, Pullman, Wash.; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and best friend Barb Hillman.
She was preceded in death by her father, and brothers, Kenneth and Larry Fry.
Services will be at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, at Legacy Funeral Services, 2974 Main St., East Troy. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. Internment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Troy Center.
Dinner will be served after the services at the Burki home.
