Clara May Revi, 87, of Summerlin, Nev., passed away on April 4, 2015, at her home.
She was born on Nov. 7, 1927, near Milwaukee, a daughter of Genesio and Anna (Traichel) Revi. She graduated from Whitewater College High School and began her bookkeeping career at The Whitewater Raincoat Factory. Clara’s career took her to Washington, D.C. and Burbank, Calif. She retired to Summerlin, Nev.
Clara enjoyed office management, bowling, square dancing and Sons of Italy during her years in Burbank. More recently, she enjoyed turning four aces with the kicker on video poker at The Suncoast.
Clara is survived by her nieces, Linda (Ron) Kowalski, of Callao, Mo., Kathy (Gerry) Aase, of Sycamore, Ill., Rhonda Robbins, of Waukesha, Pattie (Al) Priske, of Ripon; nephew, Bob (Sandy) Robbins, of Laurinburg, N. C.; four grand nephews, a grand niece, four great-grand nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Genesio and Anna (Traichel) Revi; brother, Frank; sister and brother-in-law, Elinor (Revi) and Robert Robbins; grandparents, aunts and uncles.
A graveside service was held April 11 with Rev. Brian Wilk officiating at Calvary Cemetery in Whitewater. Visit www.wachholzandsons.com to send private condolences to the family.
The family extends special thanks to the Summerlin area Comfort Keepers for their faithful service to Clara throughout the years, and more recently, during in-home hospice. Special thanks also to Dr. Thomas Lambert for being a cardiologist with a heart.
