Betsy DeBaufer Loss, 63, of Kansas City, Mo. passed away March 24, 2015.
Betsy was born in Whitewater, to Robert and Sally DeBaufer on March 26, 1951. She attended University of Wisconsin-Madison, moved to St Louis, and finally to Kansas City where she earned a degree in Art from Avila University. She enjoyed creating art and spending time with her children, always volunteering in their schools and supporting their endeavors. Always giving her best to her friends and family, Betsy had a very creative approach to life that reflected in her art and relationships.
There aren’t enough words to capture her true spirit and she will be very missed and cherished by all of her loved ones. Betsy is survived by her two daughters, their spouses; and one grandchild; Amy and Andy Greig and their daughter, Izzy; Rachel and Steve Watson, all of Kansas City, Mo.
She also leaves a sister, Susan Johnson and her husband Grant, of Mt. Horeb; and a brother RJ DeBaufer, of Oconto Falls. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Sally DeBaufer; and sister, Anne Carlson.
