Cledyth Luella Krause, 90, of Darien, passed away on Feb. 23, 2015, at her home.
She was born in Belle Plaine, Iowa, on May 17, 1924, to Alva and Hilda (Sparrowgrove) Heller. Cledyth was united in marriage to Victor “Kenneth” Krause on May 11, 1946, in Williams Bay. Victor passed away Oct. 12, 1991. Cledyth worked as an assembly worker at Heavy Duty Electric in Lake Geneva for many years. She enjoyed knitting and playing cards.
Cledyth is survived by her seven children, Gary Krause, of Darien, Dennis (Faryl) Krause, of Delavan, Wayne (Barb) Krause, of Janesville, Randall Krause, of Fla., Cheryl (Neal) Wilear, of Fla, Dale Krause, of Delavan, and Scott (Molly) Krause, of Pleasant Prairie; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Glenn, Kenny (Donna), Loretta, and Nita; and former daughter-in-law, Margie. Cledyth is preceded in death by her husband, Victor “Kenneth;” her parents, and five brothers, Al, Bert, Walter, Merlin and Lyle.
Family will greet friends from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva.
