Jean M. Dorsey, 88, of Delavan, died on Feb. 3, 2015, at Golden Years Nursing Home in Walworth.
She was born in Sheboygan on June 5, 1926, to Harry and Esther (Corson) Hinkelman. She married John Dorsey, and he died Nov. 10, 2002. She was active at St. Andrew Catholic Church and also volunteered at Lakeland Medical Center.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Bob) Goodfellow, of Round Rock, Texas; two sons, Tom (Barbara) Dorsey, of Walworth and Patrick Dorsey, of Nashville, Tenn.; four grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Jean Dorsey, of Delavan. She is preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents; a son, John; a sister, Ruth; and a brother, Richard.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Monroe Funeral Home, 604 E. Walworth Ave., Delavan. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memory Gardens in Lake Geneva. Memorials can be directed to St. Andrew Catholic Church.
