Laura L. Rosdahl, 96, of Delavan, died Sept. 2, 2014, at St. Catherine’s Medical Center in Kenosha.
She was born May 22, 1918, in Chicago to Emil and Louise (Rodder) Diez. She married Leonard Rosdahl in August 1943 in Chicago. He preceded her in death April 21, 2001.
She spent her working career as a school clerk for the Chicago Board of Education. She was a member of the Delavan United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Rosdahl of Salem; two grandchildren, Kristine and Rebecca; a niece; nephews; and her cousin, Nicholas Becker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard; son, Roger; and her brother, Emil.
Funeral services were Monday at the Delavan United Methodist Church with the Rev. Stan Curtis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made the Delavan United Methodist Church. Burial was Tuesday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights, Ill. Monroe Funeral Home in Delavan is assisting the family.
