Eleanor M. Connelly passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014. She graduated from Whitewater High School and was a lifetime resident of the Whitewater area. Her last home address was at Black Hawk apartments. Her family’s Whitewater roots go back to her grandfather, Adam Channing.
“Ellie” is survived by her siblings: Ervan E. Kuhnke of Port Orange, Fla., Marilyn Fletcher of Whitewater, and Jean Scully of Middleburg, Fla., along with their children and grandchildren. She will be missed by her devoted son-in-law John Daveler. Her remains will rest at Hillside Cemetery, next to her beloved husband William Connelly and dear daughter Patty Connelly Daveler.
