Eric Joseph Vondrak, 34 of Delavan, died in his home on March 12, 2014. He was born Dec. 13, 1979 in Janesville, to Edward and Carla (Severt) Vondrak.
He is survived by his parents Ed and Carla Vondrak of Bullhead, Ariz.; a brother; Michael; a sister, Catie; his grandmother, Wanda Severt; aunts and uncles, Lillian Rhoades, of Delavan, Doreen Ruiz, of Texas, Jeff and Deb Severt, of Walworth, Chris and Diane Severt, of Walworth, Gary Severt, of Lake Geneva, and Elizabeth Schnurpsiel, of Arizona.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
