REBECCA S. LARSON
Rebecca Susan Larson, 61, Delavan, died Aug. 15, 2013, at Mercy Walworth Hospital, Lake Geneva. She was born Oct. 12, 1951, in Peru, Ill., to William and Shirley (Schultz) Yazbec.
She married Ron Larson on Nov. 11, 1971, in Delavan.
She retired June 1, 2013, from Pentair after 44 years. She loved quilting, baking, making crafts for her grandchildren and especially enjoyed making desserts for the holidays.
She was a very caring and loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling each summer to California to spend time with her son, Brian, and his family, and treasured time with her grandchildren, Zoey and Riley.
She was a real dog lover and had many shelties over the years, including Willy and Buddy.
Survivors include her husband; son, Brian (Robbin), California; grandchildren, Zoey and Riley; mother, Shirley Yazbec, Delavan; brother, Bill (Lizzy) Yazbec, Delavan; sisters, Shelley Wood, Arizona, Cindy (Henry) Blazer, Darien, and Robin (James) Regan, Delavan; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Yazbec, and aunts Honey, Jean and Loie.
Services were Aug. 20 at Monroe Funeral Home, Delavan, with the Rev. Robert P. Rickman officiating.
Memorial may be made to the Walworth County Humane Society.
