Evelyn Rose Runyon, 77, passed away June 8, 2013, at Solvay Hospice House in Duluth, Minn. She was born June 12, 1935, in Delavan, to George and Grace Proctor.
She was married to Donald Runyon for 31 years. She was blessed with an extended family, including Donald’s children, Lori Ndolo, Lisa Di Placido, and Jeff Runyon.
She worked for years at the Southern Gas Company in Lake Geneva and then transferred to the Elkhorn office. She was an active member of the East Delavan Baptist Church and Calvary Community Church, Williams Bay.
Survivors include her children, Lori Anderson-Martinez and Robert Anderson; brothers, Joseph and Leroy Proctor; and sister, Janet Rowe.
Burial will be at 3 p.m. July 9, at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 3045 State Route 67, Lake Geneva, with a potluck gathering to follow at East Delavan Baptist Church, 3205 Theatre Road.
